Coronavirus Statement
Refunds & cancellation policies
- All customers with bookings between 24 March-10 July 2020 have now been contacted. As a result we are processing refunds, credit notes or date changes as requested, in line with our coronavirus refund policy.
- From 11 July 2020, our standard cancellation policy will apply, unless:
o If the latest Welsh Government advice means we are unable to provide accommodation, we will revert to our coronavirus refund policy.
Reopening
- We reopened on 11 July 2020.
- Our bunkhouse will initially operate as self-contained accommodation (not shared) until further notice.
- If we are eventually able to revert back to ‘shared use’, restrictions on group size/composition & movement within the building may apply.
- The following measures will be in place:
o Pre-arrival notes – these must be adhered to for your safety and ours
o COVID-19 risk assessment
o Strict cleaning protocols
o Social distancing between host & guests
- We have achieved the VisitBritain We’re Good To Go industry standard & consumer mark to reassure our customers that we adhere to government and public health guidance.
Existing bookings
- We will liaise with all customers with upcoming bookings as Welsh Government restrictions change in order to discuss options, for example, is shared use now possible for multiple households?
New bookings
- We are only accepting new bookings from members of the same or extended household/support bubble until further notice.
- Simply hire the number of bedrooms required, and you will get the unique opportunity for sole use of the bunkhouse at no extra cost.
- Some bunkhouse areas and facilities will be out of bounds.
- A 48-hour gap will be in place between guest departure/arrival.
- We are temporarily unable to offer guided walks.
